CDE Setup & Management

We configure and manage your Common Data Environment throughout the project — including folder structures, permission levels, workflow states, naming conventions, and document control Supported Platforms.

Federated Model Management

We manage the federated model by combining architectural, structural, MEP, civil, and landscape discipline models into a single coordinated environment. This allows efficient review, clash detection, and progress monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.

Multi-Discipline Clash Detection & Resolution

Systematic clash detection across all disciplines using industry-leading coordination tools.Hard clashes, soft clashes, and clearance violations are identified, logged, assigned, and tracked until resolution.

LOD Quality Audits & Sign-Off

We audit discipline models against agreed LOD requirements at every project milestone.Our reviews cover geometry accuracy, data completeness, naming standards, and BEP compliance before final sign-off.

RFI & Issue Management

BIM-linked RFI management ensures design queries, coordination issues, and site concerns are connected directly to model elements.Issue registers are maintained and distributed regularly to all stakeholders.

4D Programme Linking

We link BIM model elements to project schedules, enabling 4D construction sequence visualization.This helps stakeholders understand build sequencing, identify scheduling conflicts, and communicate construction methodologies effectively.

COBie & FM Handover

We prepare LOD 500 as-built models and populate COBie datasets for seamless facility management handover.Asset information, maintenance schedules, warranty data, and O&M documentation are structured according to employer requirements.
