What We Do
IM CONNECT delivers complete MEP BIM modeling — not just coordination. We produce full Mechanical (HVAC, ductwork, chilled water, equipment), Electrical (cable trays, conduits, distribution boards, LV systems), and Plumbing (drainage, water supply, fire protection) models from your engineer’s design drawings.
Our MEP team works directly in your CDE, producing coordinated, clash-free models that are ready for contractor use — shop drawings, fabrication packages, and ISO 19650-compliant handover included.
Full HVAC and mechanical system modeling — ductwork, AHUs, FCUs, VAV boxes, chilled water pipework, condensate drainage, and equipment. Modeled from design drawings to LOD 300–400.
Complete electrical containment and distribution modeling — cable trays, conduits, trunking, distribution boards, panels, lighting layouts, and LV systems modeled to your electrical engineer's drawings.
Domestic water supply, sanitary drainage, stormwater, and above-ground drainage systems modeled in Revit MEP — coordinated with structural and architectural elements.
Sprinkler systems, fire suppression, and detection systems modeled in Revit to NFPA standards — coordinated with MEP and structural models for clash-free installation.
Federated MEP coordination using Navisworks — systematic clash detection between Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and structural/architectural disciplines with BCF issue reporting and resolution tracking.
Fabrication-ready MEP shop drawing packages produced from coordinated Revit models — ductwork fabrication, pipework isometrics, electrical containment layouts, and equipment setting-out drawings.
Supporting your project's coordination meetings with up-to-date federated models, clash reports, and issue trackers — BCF-based workflows integrated into your CDE.
LOD 400 as-built MEP models produced from site red-lines and RFI outcomes — with IFC exports, COBie schedules, and full FM handover data.
